FRENCHETTE, LE ROCK, WILD CHERRY, AND LE VEAU D'OR, the critically acclaimed restaurants from chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson, have quickly become New York mainstays, offering French food and natural wine 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. 

We are looking for enthusiastic industry professionals to join our dynamic wine team company wide. With an emphasis on natural wine, passionate producers and creative cocktails we are looking for candidates that share both our passion and dedication as a company to continue to grow our expanding footprint across the city. Our beverage team members have an ongoig focusing on staff education, leadership and service throughout all locations with careers paths leading toward beverage management, wine list development and spirits curation. We love what we do and are looking to discover both established and up and coming talent to grow with us. 

An ideal candidate would possess:

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant
• Experience selling and serving natural wine with a well rounded foundation and passion in beverage education.
• The ability to provide natural, precise service
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience with French cuisine
• Open availability preferred. Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
• Experience with inventory and beverage costing.
• Ability to educate and teach current and future staff in all beverage related areas
• Warmth and integrity in all aspects of service
