Job Summary

DLJ Consulting Group LLC is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative / Account Executive to support business development, build client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and help achieve company revenue goals. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional approach to client service, and the ability to manage sales activities from initial contact through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable company services.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Follow up with prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and support contract negotiations.
• Work toward agreed sales targets and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective client communication and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet agreed targets.
